Delivery and Returns
Postage and Packing
We offer free postage and packing to all orders over £15 going to the UK. Smaller orders at cost of £2.45. Orders within the EU will be charged £7.50 postage and packing.
Special delivery charge of £5.95 for next day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm for Saturday delivery will be charged £7.95.
Delivery Timescales
We guarantee to have orders with you within 3 working days, unless the item is out of stock in which case we would contact you quoting a new delivery date at which point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you are not happy with the time quoted.
We send orders out by first class recorded delivery, we aim to send orders out the day they are received which should mean that the item will be with you the next day, the 3 days quoted is the worst possible case and should be used as a guide.
Orders outside the UK should be received within 5-10 working days.
To qualify for next day delivery orders must be in before 1pm.
Secure Payment
We offer payment via PayPal by all major credit and debit cards. It is fast, familiar and fully secure.
Returns
Should you not be happy with a product that you have purchased from ....... then we will replace it or refund your money in full (minus shipping costs). Please email us to arrange a refund or replacement.
